• Your hotel stay is valid for two nights. Your hotel will be a member of one of the following hotel groups or their subsidiaries: Howard Johnson, Fairbridge, Choice or Best Western. Your hotel room will accommodate up to two adults over age 21 and up to two children under age 18. Valid arrival days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Specific hotels are assigned based on availability and will be located in the general vicinity of Frankenmuth, MI.
 
• Your travel package will include a $50 Darden’s gift card and $150 Stay & Play rebate certificate. The Darden’s gift card can be used at any Darden’s restaurant including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, The Capital Grill, Yard House, Bahama Breeze, and more. The Stay & Play rebate certificate can be used for purchases of golf, spas, sightseeing tours, theme park admission, show tickets, sporting event tickets and many more tourist related activities located in and around your destination. The rebate certificate must be returned to Casablanca Express (CBE) along with receipts from qualifying activities purchased during your vacation. Maximum rebate value is $150. • Travelers are responsible for hotel occupancy tax, transportation, meals, resort fees or any incidental expenses like phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel may ask for a credit card or a deposit when you check-in to cover incidental expenses. Your tax deposit will be used to pay for hotel occupancy tax which will not exceed $35 per night ($70 total).

• Cancellation: If you contact Casablanca Express (CBE) and request to cancel a minimum 10 days prior to your vacation you will receive a full refund of your tax deposit. Cancellations made 9 days or less before your vacation may incur cancellation penalties up to the total hotel occupancy tax paid by CBE.

• Other Restrictions: This certificate cannot be combined with any other package, discount, or special promotion. This certificate is void where prohibited by law. Name changes and reschedules are not allowed. Any exceptions or special arrangements for any reason will incur additional fees. This certificate is only valid for the items described herein, no other representations, oral or written will be honored.

• Howard Johnson, Fairbridge, Choice, Best Western, and Darden’s Restaurants are not affiliated with Casablanca Express and do not endorse this offer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective trademark holders.

• Upon receipt of your validation deposit and registration, you will be sent a tax deposit request for the amount of $60. Tax deposit is payable in the form of personal check, cashier’s check or money order. Once your tax deposit is received, you will be sent a reservation letter with a toll free number to call to make your reservations. All travel must be completed within one year of the registration date.

• You must provide three arrival dates at least 60 days in advance of your first date and 30 days between subsequent dates. All reservations are subject to availability. Generally, there is no availability during major holidays and special events. All travel must be completed prior to the expiration date printed on your reservation letter.

• This certificate does not include transportation, taxes, transfers, meals, gratuities, service fees, hotel security fees, resort fees or hotel surcharges. Hotel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses and resort fees if applicable.

• All reservations must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number on your reservation letter. After you request your dates you will receive a confirmation letter within 30 days with your assigned arrival date. Your assigned arrival date will not be deemed confirmation letter prior to the deadline (printed on the confirmation letter). Once an arrival date is assigned no changes or reschedules are allowed.

• Taxes and hotel fees are the sole responsibility of the certificate holder and will be deducted from your tax deposit. Taxes and hotel fees are approximately $20 to $30 per night. Taxes and hotel fees will not exceed $60. Excess tax deposit, if any, will be refunded prior to your arrival date.

• Until CBE purchases your accommodations, you may cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid. A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your travel package which will include your hotel documents, prepaid Visa gift card or equivalent, refund of any excess tax deposit, and the refund of your validation deposit.

• This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this certificate.

• This is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two persons using multiple certificates.

• CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism, and/or acts of war.

• Do not contact hotels directly for reservations. All reservations must be made through CBE.

Terms & Conditions:

• Visit ActivateMyTrip.com and login or create an account. Activate your trip using the Activation Code, Package Code and Vacation ID Below. You must activate by the activation deadline show.

• After your vacation activation has been processed you will be able to access your payment form in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Simply print out the payment form and mail to the address provided along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the total amount required to pay the refundable deposit and tax deposit. Within five business days of receipt of your deposit payment form and payment, your payment will be posted to your account.
• Once your payment has been posted to your account you will be able to request your travel dates. You can request your dates by calling our toll free reservations department at 800-315-2065. You must provide a minimum of 90 days advanced notice and two alternate travel dates. All three dates provided must be at least 30 days apart. 

• All reservations are subject to availability. Generally, there is no availability during major holidays, conventions, and certain peak periods. Within five business days of requesting your travel dates with our reservations department, your travel dates will be confirmed and shown in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. You will have 12 months to complete travel from the date your payment has posted to your account.

• Approximately 30 to 60 days prior to your travel date a travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. Once you finalize your vacation details with your travel rep, your standard RV campsite will be purchased and your attraction ticket voucher will be issued. The tax deposit will only be refunded if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your standard RV campsite and/or issuing your attraction ticket vouchers. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your tax deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the tax deposit once an upgrade purchase has been made.

• Approximately 21 days prior to your travel date your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Your final travel documents will include your standard RV campsite voucher and attraction ticket voucher. Please print out your travel documents and follow the instructions to check-in to your standard RV campsite and to pick up your attraction tickets.

• A $100 refundable deposit is deposit is required to guarantee space availability. Travelers are responsible for the required $80 tax deposit which will cover government-imposed taxes and agency booking fees. The tax deposit will only be refunded if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your standard RV campsite and/or issuing your attraction ticket vouchers. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your reservation fee will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the reservation fee once an upgrade has been made.

• Travelers are also responsible for transportation, meals and any incidental expenses such as resort fees, parking, gratuities, phone calls or entertainment. The refund of your refundable deposit will be refunded by check approximately 21 days prior to your travel date.

• If you cancel your travel plans after CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, the entire amount of your reservation fee may be used to pay cancellation penalties imposed by CBE and/or the travel provider. If you cancel your travel plans at any time this certificate will be deemed void. Once your travel dates have been confirmed, no changes will be permitted. A valid government issued ID will be required to receive your attraction tickets and check-in to your accommodations. A credit card or deposit may be required in order to check-in to cover incidental expenses.

• This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates.

• CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, flight cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strike, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.

RV Rental

Terms & Conditions:
• This promotional certificate includes a three night standard recreational vehicle (RV) rental from an RV rental company such as Cruise America accommodating up to 5 guests. The standard size RV will include two double beds, one single bed, shower, toilet, and compact kitchen with cook top, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. RV provided will be based on availability but will generally be standard size and include the features as described above. There are over 100 possible RV rental locations which will accommodate travelers in most major cities in the US. The nearest available location to your requested departure area will be assigned at the time of final booking based on availability for your requested dates.

• To register, you must fully complete this certificate and mail it to Casablanca Express (CBE) along with a $100 fully refundable deposit within 120 days from date of issue. Refundable deposit must be paid by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Only original certificates will be honored We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records.
• Within 30 days of your registration being processed you will be sent an invoice for the required $135 USD tax deposit. Tax deposit is payable by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check and will be applied towards government-imposed taxes and fees required by the rental company. • Upon receipt of your tax deposit, you will receive a reservation letter with a toll-free telephone number to call to provide your requested rental departure dates. Rental must be completed within one year of registration.

• This certificate is valid for one driver over the age of 25 and up to four guests. In order to utilize the three-day standard RV rental, the renter must have a valid driver’s license and pay a damage deposit of up to $500 to the rental provider at the time of departure.

• This certificate does not include government-imposed taxes and fees imposed by the rental company such as mileage and environmental fees. Government-imposed taxes and rental provider fees (approx. $75 to $135) are the sole responsibility of the redeemer. Government-imposed taxes will be deducted from your tax deposit and will not exceed $135. The remainder of your tax deposit (if any) and the $100 fully-refundable deposit will be refunded prior to your departure date.

• This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. This certificate is invalid if sold or bartered and is nontransferable.

• Until CBE purchases your rental you may cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid. Your rental voucher and/or itinerary will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your departure date. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your rental voucher.

• CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, substitutions made by the rental provider, strikes, riots, pandemic related closures, inclement weather, theft, terrorism, and/or acts of war.

• RV rental insurance is not included but is highly suggested. Insurance, fuel, propane, water, generator fees, cleaning fees, waste disposal fees, excess mileage fees, and any other incidental expenses not included in the base rental rate are not included and must be paid directly to the rental provider in accordance with their policies. The specific policies of your rental provider will be made available to you at the time of final booking. Any damage, excess mileage or other expenses you incur are not included and are the responsibility of the redeemer. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, redeemer must also comply with all applicable terms and conditions imposed by the rental company.

•This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates. Certificate owner must sign the certificate.

Water Park

Terms & Conditions:

• To register you must fill out this certificate completely and return it to the address indicated with the required $100 USD reservation deposit prior to the registration deadline. The $100 USD reservation deposit may be paid by money order or cashier’s check. Only original certificates will be honored. We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records.

• This certificate is valid for up to four water park passes and either two nights midweek accommodations or one night weekend accommodations in Traverse City, MI; Frankenmuth, MI; Rothbury, MI; Mt Pleasant, MI; Mackinaw City, MI; Sandusky, OH; or Cincinnati, OH. Accommodations provided vary based on destination selected. Water park tickets are not redeemable for cash.


• Certificate holder must be 21 years of age or older. This certificate is invalid if sold or bartered, and is nontransferable. Certificate is only valid for the certificate holder named on this certificate.
